Important Covid-19 shipping update! During this time we will be shipping out only once or twice a week. Please note that your order might take a little longer to pack and ship to you. We have also been experiencing really crazy stuff with both USPS and FedEx - i.e. tracking numbers do not work, shipments marked as delivered but then really delivered days later, longer ship times, etc. Please let us know if you are experiencing any of these problems, and we will help figure it out. Everyone seems to just be doing their best right now!

International and US shipping is through the USPS Priority Mail. For larger orders we will use FedEx Ground. Please allow 5-7 business days for packing and delivery, but let us know if you need a rush delivery, and we can work with you to make it happen. Please make sure your shipping address is correct! A Question of Eagles is not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address. 

Returns are on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order.

We have moved toward plastic free shipping materials! That means paper tape, kraft paper box filler and corrugated paper packaging for ceramics. You can read about our materials in more detail on our blog HERE. It’s more expensive for us, but worth it in our opinion. So thank you for your support!
